How long does it take for orders to be ready to ship?

Most of our products are handmade, to order, in our workshop. In order to ensure quality products, we need a period of between 2 and 10 working days for the preparation of your order.

We do our best to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an order processing email.

What are the delivery times?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a processing confirmation email. Delivery times generally vary between 2 and 5 business days for orders in Canada and the United States, and between 15 and 20 business days for orders in Europe.

Please note that these delays are beyond our control and may be longer or shorter depending on the number of visitors.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our products throughout Quebec, Canada, the United States, and Europe.

Is it possible to pick up my order from somewhere instead of having it delivered?

At the moment this is not possible. We only offer delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We work very hard to ensure that our products meet your expectations. This is why our product sheets are very detailed and our customer service is available to answer your questions quickly. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please consult our return policy .

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped. Write to us at info@novembreboutique.com and we will refund the order.

I have a gift card or promo code, how do I apply it?

At the end of your order, at the time of payment, there is a box ''Discount code or gift card'', you must enter the number of your gift card or your promo code.
