If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. Shipping fees will apply to all returns and will be deducted from the refund. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your refund (times may vary depending on your financial institution).

All items purchased with a balance of more than 20% as well as personalized products are final sale.

CONDITIONS: The item must be in the same condition as when sold, i.e. in its original condition, unused and undamaged. The shipping costs of your initial order are at the customer's expense. If the item does not meet the criteria mentioned above (broken, personalized or used item), we will not be able to honor the refund.
